These general terms of sale (hereinafter, “terms”) have as their object the remote sale (hereinafter the “Contract”) of cosmetic products under the “Netarù” brand (hereinafter the “Products”) through the website www.netarucream.com / en (hereinafter the “Site”) between NETARU’ SRL with registered office in the address of Via Madonna del Rosario 132, 35129, Padova, registered with the Business Registry of Padova, Tax code and VAT Reg. no. 05145670286 (hereinafter “Netarù”) and the consumer (hereinafter the “Customer” or the “Consumer”).
The Customer declares and guarantees that the purchase of the Products made through the Site is intended for strictly personal use.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The order placed by the Customer is considered a purchase proposal. The Contract is concluded when Netarù sends an e-mail accepting the purchase proposal containing the summary of the Products ordered.
3. Acceptance of the terms
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the Terms of Sale.
These General Terms of Sale must be carefully read by the Customer before completing the purchase procedure. Netarù may modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. The General Terms of Sale applicable to a specific order are those published on the Site at the time the purchase order is sent by the Customer. The General Terms of Sale are always available for any person who visits the Site and can be printed and stored.
The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website, are expressed in Euros (€), include VAT and are valid throughout the European Union. Delivery costs are not included and are specified in point 5 below.
Only orders with delivery within the European Union will be processed, including the Vatican State and excluding Canaries, Man, Jersey, and Guernsey.

Netarù undertakes to process orders as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed. The delivery of the Products generally takes place in 1-3 working days with Express delivery and in 4-6 working days with Standard delivery. Delivery takes place by courier, directly to the billing or shipping address indicated in the order and to the street level.
Orders containing one or more products not yet available (hereinafter “pre-order products”) will be processed when all the products in the order become available in stock.
In any case, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days and orders containing pre-order products within a maximum of 60 days from receipt of payment of the order.
6. Terms of payment
The customer can choose between three different payment methods:
1) Pay with card.
2) Pay with PayPal.
3) Pay by bank transfer.
Pay with card
Payment by card takes place through the STRIPE system, a very safe and simple payment system, which allows customers to pay with all major debit and credit cards from customers in any country (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is made directly on the site, but the card data are not stored on our servers. On our credit card checkout page, we use an SSL connection to securely transmit your credit card details directly to Stripe who are fully PCI compliant. The entire transaction is handled by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Pay with PayPal
Paypal is a fast and secure payment system. Once the payment via Paypal has been chosen, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can choose whether to access his PayPal account, by entering his personal e-mail address and password or, to pay with a card, without opening a PayPal account.
After registration, you can make payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases.
By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PostePay) associated with the account. PayPal protects the buyer’s information as no financial information is transferred. A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent to each transaction performed with this method. The amount of the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of the order.
In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account or to the credit card used within the time provided by the banking system.
At the end of the transaction, the Customer will also receive an e-mail from Netarù Cream informing him that the order is being processed and indicating the summary of the Products ordered, the total paid, the billing and shipping address.
Pay by bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the Customer will receive an e-mail from Netarù indicating the beneficiary’s bank details, the order number as well as the summary of the Products ordered, the total to be paid, the billing address and shipping. The Customer has 3 days from the order date to make the payment. The order number must be indicated in the reason for the transfer. As soon as the payment has been credited to the bank account, Netarù will process the order and notify the Customer via e-mail.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
The “Netarù” brand products comply with national and community regulations. The images of the Products published on the Site may not correspond to the real ones due to the internet browser or monitor used. The images can be for indicative purposes only. In compliance with art. 130 of the Consumer Code, in case of lack of conformity of the Products purchased, the Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the product, by repairing or replacing the goods after returning the goods intact in the original package. The Customer can exercise this right within two years from the date of delivery of the product and is required to report the lack of conformity to Netarù within 2 months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
8. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 days of receipt of the Products purchased. The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send an explicit declaration within the period of 30 days in which the will to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed. This communication can be sent by sending an e-mail to [email protected] The Customer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must return the Products to NETARU ‘SRL, VIA MADONNA DEL ROSARIO 132, 35129 PADOVA, within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this Agreement. The shipping costs for the return of the Products are charged to the Customer. Netarù will ensure that the product has not been opened and used and that it has not suffered any type of damage. The Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. If the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met, Netarù will refund the full price paid by the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer. Netarù will use the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase. In case of payment made by bank transfer, the Customer must notify Netarù, by sending an email to [email protected], the bank details necessary for the refund.

10. Applicable law and Place of jurisdiction
These Terms as well as any other contract entered with the Customer are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of EC regulations and of international treaties, where applicable, as well as national consumer protection regulations. Any controversy arising from or relating to the interpretation, execution, validity or efficacy of these General Terms and of any other contract entered with the Clients will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua.
